           Project Creamery, gives birthday parties, weddings, camps, and business functions something new to enjoy. With the use of liquid nitrogen, ice cream will be made in front of your eyes.

           It generally takes about a minute per person. The process consist of selecting your flavor. Available flavors vary, but have included:

Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, Cake Batter, King Cake Frosting, Red Velvet Cake, Creole Cream Cheese, Praline, Café au Lait, Bubblegum, Cotton Candy, Bananas Foster, Egg Nog, Cookie Dough, Peanut Butter, and Buttered Popcorn

           Your flavor, in syrup form, is then stirred into a special cream mix and then the magic happens. As liquid nitrogen is poured into the mix a white cloud rises from the bowl. It is stirred once more, then frozen again and out comes a delicious creamy ice cream.

           Prices for parties generally start at a minimum of $125 which is for 25 servings. After 25 servings, each additional serving ranges from $3 to $4 per serving, depending on the size of the party. For camps it is a set fee of $4 per child. Depending on the location of the party, the amount may increase due to gas.
